The project reteams Winkler with Overture toppers Chris McGurk and Danny Rosett, four years after Winkler produced Cole Porter biopic "De-Lovely" for MGM.
Story centers on a marriage coming apart through infidelity and being put back together through unexpected adversity, combined with the high-stakes of a home invasion.
Overture, an arm of Liberty Media, began operations in late 2006 with the goal of releasing a slate of up to a dozen pics annually. Its first films, "Mad Money" and "The Visitor," opened earlier this year, and it will launch its Sundance acquisition "Henry Poole Is Here" in August.
