Greek Film Fest to open with 'Zorba'

Fest runs June 25-29 at the Egyptian Theater.
Highlights of the five-day festival include a screening of "Alter Ego," featuring Greek pop star Sakis Rouvas. Along with screenings, the fest will feature a slew of events that range from seminars on important contemporary film issues to tributes in recognition of Greek filmmakers and performers.
The fest will conclude with the U.S. premiere of "Little Greek Godfather" and the presentation of the Orpheus Awards for the dramatic feature, documentary, short film, director and audience choice.
