German helmer Oliver Hirschbiegel, who previously depicted the demise of Adolf Hitler in "Downfall," is directing.
Project, which is shooting on location in Northern Ireland, tells the story of two men wracked by the violence that plagued Northern Ireland from the late 1960s through to the peace process in 1998 and how they attempt to come to terms with the Troubles' aftermath.
Eoin O'Callaghan is producing for Big Fish Films, with Paul Trijbits exec producing for Ruby Films.
Pathe is handling international sales.
Project is backed by BBC Northern Ireland, Northern Ireland Screen, the Irish Film Board and Element Pictures, which will distribute the pic in Ireland.
