The program will feature independent film projects highlighting female filmmakers, artists, writers and executives.
Films premiering at the Writers Guild Theater are Stacy Pyles' "Mista Nice Guy," Courtney Franklin's short "A Baby Away," Sharena Downey's, "Jamerican," Karen Hayes' "An Incident in the Life of a Slave Girl," Kamali Makinde's "Love Conquers Al," Adetoro Makinde's "Steep," Katherine Cunningham-Eves' "Murdering Mama's Boy" and Nikki Young's "Whistle Lesson."
