Scott Elrod (“Men in Trees”) and Cameron Richardson (“12 Miles of Bad Road”) have joined the cast of Leah Sturgis’ “Hard Breakers,” lensing in Hollywood. Elrod’s credits include “CSI: Miami” and “Desire.” Richardson’s include “Alvin and the Chipmunks” and “Rise.”
