Sinclair, who won an Emmy in 2005 as a producer on "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition," has been working as a freelance producer on "Don't Forget the Lyrics" and "Kid Nation." She will report to Juma president Bob Horowitz and production head Lewis Fenton.
"After nearly a decade of executing other producers' creative visions, I jumped at the opportunity to join a company where I will be able to hatch ideas and see them through to the screen," Sinclair said.
Juma is one of the principals behind NBC reality skein "The Singing Bee."
