Prexy Nicholas Longano, who co-founded Brash with CEO Mitch Davis, Legendary Pictures topper Thomas Tull and businessman Bert Ellis, has ankled.
A Brash rep confirmed that Longano has "moved on" and said Davis will assume his responsibilities.
Longano is an investor in Brash and will remain involved in that capacity.
Davis and Longano previously worked together at vidgame advertising company Massive before joining with Tull and Ellis to start Brash, which debuted last year with $400 million in private equity funding and a mission to focus exclusively on games based on movie, TV and music licenses.
Its first year has been somewhat difficult as Brash released two critically panned titles that even insiders admit didn't put the publisher's best foot forward. December's "Alvin and the Chipmunks" sold a decent 281,000 units domestically, according to the NPD group, while February's "Jumper" sold a dismal 16,000.
Publisher's next game will be "Space Chimps," based on the Starz Media animated feature that Fox will release in July. Brash also has games based on "Saw" and "300" in the works.
