City Lights Pictures has picked up North American distribution rights to Damian Harris’ “Gardens of the Night,” starring Tom Arnold and John Malkovich.

Gillian Jacobs, Jeremy Sisto and newcomer Ryan Simpkins also star in the film, which Harris penned.

Drama tells the story of two friends living on the streets of San Diego who are trying to recover from being kidnapped nine years earlier.

R.D. Robb, Pascal Franchott, Joe Dain and Damian Harris produced.
