He will sell U.S rights to the company's feature productions and acquisitions, and source independent features.
London-born Davis-Miller joined the film and TV production company and distrib in 2005 as senior VP domestic sales and co-productions. He is based in California and reports to L.A.-based Flock and U.S. distrib president Mark Balsam in New York.
Davis-Miller's nickname, "Bateman," is the name of the character Jason Statham played in "London," the cult drama that Davis-Miller produced in 2005. Davis-Miller also will produce Nicolas Cage starrer "Jack and Jill."
Peace Arch has three divisions -- film, TV and home entertainment -- and is based in Toronto, with offices in L.A., New York and Vancouver.
