Corden, Horne hunt 'Vampires'

Phil Claydon will direct horror-comedy

James Corden and Mathew Horne, the stars of cult fave Brit TV skein "Gavin and Stacey," are reteaming for "Lesbian Vampire Killers."

The feature, a mix of horror and comedy, finds the two male leads stuck in a village where all the women have been enslaved by a vampire curse.

Phil Claydon ("Alone") helms from a script by Stewart Williams ("Friday Night Project") and Paul Hupfield ("Balls of Steel").

Principal photography begins Monday at 3 Mills Studios in London.

Project is produced and co-financed by AV Pictures, Velvet Bite and Alliance Films, who are releasing pic through their international distribution network in Canada (Alliance), U.K. (Momentum) and Spain (Aurum).

AV Pictures is handling international sales at Cannes.
