Streisand was signed by a team led by Adam Isaacs. The agency will rep her production company, Barwood Films.
She has worked sparingly in the past few years, most recently playing Rozalin Focker in the 2004 sequel "Meet the Fockers." Before that, she starred in and directed 1996's "The Mirror Has Two Faces" and 1991's "The Prince of Tides."
Streisand remains with her longtime manager, Marty Erlichman.
