Both pics were bought from Magnolia Pictures during the Tribeca Film Festival, which ended on Sunday.
"Cocaine Cowboys 2" was helmed and produced by Billy Corben and Lisa M. Perry for production company Rakontur. Pic deals with the radical change in Miami from the sleepy city known as God's waiting room because of its aging population to drug capital of the U.S.
"Bigger, Stronger, Faster" was helmed by Chris Bell and produced by Alexander Brono, Jim Czarnecki and Tamsin Rawady for BSF Film. Pic deals with the use of performance enhancing drugs in sport in the U.S.
