Iron Man drives an Audi, and the German automaker made sure everyone in L.A. knew it when the comicbook pic bowed April 30.

The company paraded 10 of its R8 supercars, which Iron Man's alter ego Tony Stark drives, around the city.

The police-escorted parade began downtown and wound its way through Beverly Hills and Brentwood and ended up in front of the Roosevelt Hotel, site of the preem's after-party.

Audi is using the R8 as a halo car to boost its image in the U.S. But interested buyers will have to wait: There's a two-year waiting list for the $109,000 car.
