Katzenberg is being honored for his wide range of work on behalf of industry charities and cultural institutions.
He is chairman of the board of the Motion Picture & Television Fund Foundation and the driving force behind the annual "Night Before" fund-raising gala. Katzenberg has also worked closely with such orgs as AIDS Project Los Angeles, the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, American Museum of the Moving Image, California Institute of the Arts, the Geffen Playhouse and the Simon Wiesenthal Center.
Another Crystal + Lucy honoree this year is Mandy Walker, who will receive the Kodak Vision Award for achievements in cinematography.
Awards ceremony will be held in the Beverly Hilton's Intl. Ballroom.
