In "Innocent," a young and ambitious attorney sets out to free people who have been falsely accused and jailed for crimes they did not commit.
A total of 3.26 million viewers tuned in to watch the show, which stars Alexandra Neldel, who shot to fame in affiliate web Sat1’s “Ugly Betty” adaptation “Verliebt in Berlin” (That’s Life), Clemens Schick ("Casino Royale") and Erhan Emre ("Tatort").
"Innocent" gained almost 1 million new viewers in the 14-49 age group in comparison with "Desperate Housewives," which aired previously in the Wednesday time slot.
The series is produced by Berlin-based TeamWorx.
