Valhalla also has named Ben Roberts as creative executive and Kris Henigman story editor.
Valhalla is at work on Marvel comicbook adaptation "The Incredible Hulk," to be released by Universal on June 13.
It also just wrapped "Punisher: War Zone" for Lionsgate and Sony.
