"Beyond the Rave," a 20 episode vampire skein, is the first mature content for the Netco.
Story revolves around a British soldier (Jamie Dornan), about to ship off to Iraq, who spends his last night at home searching for his girlfriend (Nora-Jane Noone), last seen partying at a rave. He and his pal Necro (Matthew Forrest) stumble across a bunch of blood suckers deep in the forest.
Sadie Frost ("Dracula") also has a role in the skein, which was created by Pure Grass Films. Ben Grass produced, with Simon Oakes and Marc Schipper serving as exec producers. Matthias Hoene directed and Tom Grass wrote it with co-scribe Jon Wright.
New webisodes will debut twice weekly, with the skein eventually spun together as a feature film to be released on DVD.
The series is under a gated portion of MySpaceTV; users must verify their age to view the content.
