Bravo content moving to Foxtel

Duo sign exclusive pact for reality shows

NBC Universal Intl. Television Distribution and Bravo Media have entered into exclusive agreements with Australia pay TV platform Foxtel for programming and branding.

Foxtel will adapt Bravo's "Watch What Happens" branding campaign for its Arena channel and air Bravo U.S. content on that channel including "Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List," "Hey Paula!," "The Real Housewives of Orange County," "Top Chef" and "Million Dollar Listing."

Foxtel exec director of TV and marketing Brian Walsh said, "Bravo's audience and demographic are a perfect fit for where Arena is heading."

Pay platform is 50% owned by telco Telstra, with the remaining 50% split equally between News Corp. and Consolidated Media Holdings.
