Chastain to star opposite Pitt in 'Tree'

River Road is financing the pic, which began shooting recently in Texas. Bill Pohlad is producing with Sarah Green ("The New World") and Grant Hill.
The story concerns the loss of innocence as seen through the eyes of the son of the characters portrayed by Pitt and Chastain. Sean Penn appears in a supporting role.
Pitt replaced the late Heath Ledger in the starring role.
Chastain next stars in Al Pacino's "Salomaybe" and Dan Ireland's "Jolene."
