This marks her second tour of duty for the studio, and her first U.S. posting in her career.
Daily will help drive two key initiatives for the home entertainment arm: consumer adoption of Blu-ray and digital copies of discs for portable devices. She oversees brand marketing, creative development, public relations and event marketing, online marketing and promotions for all products distributed by the division. Fox distributes MGM and UA titles in addition to its own.
She reports directly to Simon Swart, G.M. of North America. Earlier in her career she worked with Mike Dunn, now worldwide prexy of Fox's home entertainment arm, in the studio's London office.
Previously, Daily headed up new program enterprises at MTV Networks Intl. for three years. While there, she managed distribution through Paramount, leveraging such brands as "Jackass," "Beavis and Butt-head" and "Rock Band."
She also served a stint as prexy of international marketing for Universal Pictures Intl.
Daily, a native of Scotland, was recently selected as an independent assessor for Scottish Screen, a division of the U.K. Film Council.
