The deal, first signed in 2001, covers exclusive TV and home entertainment rights as well as non-exclusive merchandising rights for Latin America.
Comarex's distribution of Spanish-language versions of EM Ent. programs in the U.S. is on a nonexclusive basis.
Announced at Mip TV, deal covers EM mini-classics, including adaptations of Astrid Lindgren books "Pippi Longstocking" and "Emil From Lonneberga," as well as new productions including animated action-adventure "Master Raindrop," action comedy series "Stains Down Drains" and preschool toon show "Zigby."
