Nod will be presented at the Entertainment Lawyer of the Year Dinner on April 16 at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Thesp Jeremy Piven will host the event, and presenters include Phil Rosenthal, creator and exec producer of "Everybody Loves Raymond."
Felker co-founded boutique firm Nelson Felker Toczek Davis in 1993 and built a reputation for negotiating multiple film deals with potentially recurring revenue streams for key industry figures. Before that, she practiced entertainment law at Gibson, Hoffman & Pancione and as a partner at Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Marmaro.
"We are proud to honor Patti Felker not just because of her breakthrough dealmaking in the entertainment industry but also for her steadfast integrity, her passionate advocacy and her unwavering professional and personal outreach to other industry professionals," said Pamela Forster, co-chair of the BHBA Entertainment Law Section.
The award has been given out every year since 1989. Proceeds from the dinner benefit the BHBA's education and community outreach programs.
