'Bully Pulpit' getting commercial run

Michael O. Smith show sets press opening

"The Bully Pulpit," a solo show about Theodore Roosevelt that originated in Florida in 2004, gets a commercial Off Broadway run April 29-June 29 at the Samuel Beckett Theater.

Written and performed by Michael O. Smith, "Pulpit" has played around the country, including stops in Philadelphia and Chester, Mass. Helmer Byam Stevens is a.d. of Chester Theater Company.

Produced by South Ark Stage ("None of the Above"), "Pulpit" has set an official press opening for May 14.
