Opening Night Gala Presentation of "Then She Found Me" and Presentation of AFI Dallas Star Awards

The evening's festivities will include the presentation of the festival's second annual AFI Dallas Star Awards to Helen Hunt, Mickey Rooney.

When: Thursday, March 27th/red carpet entrances: 6:00-7:00pm, award presentations and film: 7:30PM

Where: The Majestic Theatre / 1925 Elm St. / Dallas, TX 75201 Followed by Opening Night Gala Party at the downtown Neiman Marcus location.

Fashion at the Park gala at Northpark Center and Dallas premiere of Assassination of a High School President with Brett Simon (Dir.), Reece Thompson, and Mischa Barton expected to attend.

Centerpiece screening of "Snow Angels" at AMC NorthPark 15. Director David Gordon Green and star Sam Rockwell will be in attendance.

Thursday, April 3rd

Centerpiece screening of "What Just Happened?" at the Landmark Inwood Theater. Skedded to attend are director Barry Levinson, screenwriter Art Linson, and producer Todd Wagner

Special screening of "What Just Happened?" at the Landmark Inwood Theater with Robert De Niro in attendance.

Closing night gala screening of "Battle in Seattle" starring Charlize Theron, Woody Harrelson and Ray Liotta, with Harrelson and director Stuart Townsend in attendance at AMC NorthPark 15. Awards ceremony at W Dallas-Victory Park Hotel. Awards include Target narrative and documentary unrestricted cash prizes of $25,000. Other awards include the Best Texas Film; Best HD Feature; Best Earth Friendly Film; jury awards for Animation, Student Film and Shorts; and audience awards for narrative feature, documentary and short.
