'Prison Break' returns for a fourth season on Fox after a truncated third go-round due to the writers strike.

Fox had good news Monday for "Prison Break," which has just been sentenced to another season.
On the flip side, net confirmed that "The Return of Jezebel James" wouldn't -- return, that is. New laffer suffered a second week of low marks, averaging a 1.1 rating and 4 share among adults 18-49.
With "Jezebel James" out of the picture, Fox has also pulled repeats of " 'Til Death" (which fared just as low) for now. Net will instead run "Bones" repeats on Fridays in the 8 p.m. hour.
"Prison Break," which had its third season cut short by the writers strike, will now be back for a fourth go-round. Fox has ordered 22 episodes from 20th Century Fox TV.
Fox aired 13 segs of "Prison Break" this season, averaging 8.2 million viewers and a 3.5 rating/9 share among adults 18-49.
Third season of "Prison Break" revolved around the show's main characters breaking out of a Panama prison. The show's exec producers had crafted a midyear cliffhanger at the end of the show's 13th episode; that ended up serving as a de facto season finale.
Now, season four will pick up with the characters having escaped prison, and Michael (Wentworth Miller) seeking revenge against the people who killed his love interest. Dominic Purcell stars as Miller's brother, Lincoln Burrows.
"Prison Break" will also relocate to Los Angeles; production had previously been located in Dallas (seasons two and three) and outside of Chicago (season one).

"Jezebel James" starred Parker Posey as a high-maintenance book editor who asks her younger sister (Lauren Ambrose) to carry her baby. Amy Sherman-Palladino and Daniel Palladino exec produced the show for Regency TV.
Also Monday, CBS announced a handful of sked changes, including the return of "Shark," which will air Tuesdays at 9 p.m. starting April 29 (with four more episodes) and "The Price Is Right Million Dollar Spectacular," which will air as four primetime specials Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. beginning April 30.
The programs fill timeslots currently held by "Big Brother." Eye has four more episodes in the can of "Shark," which is on the bubble.
