They will be joined by a president of marketing yet to be named.
Moffett and Dunlap both previously toiled with Summit homevideo prexy Steve Nickerson at Warners.
Hires come as Summit prepares for the April 8 bow of "P2," its first homevid release.
Moffett will spearhead all domestic marketing campaigns for all of the studio's home entertainment releases. He most recently he served as VP of marketing for theatrical new releases at Warners. He spent 11 years at the studio's homevid arm.
Dunlap will oversee packaging and DVD extras among other duties. Previously she was VP of visual merchandising for Warners. She worked at Buena Vista Home Video earlier in her career.
