Warner Bros. chairman-CEO Barry Meyer will receive the inaugural Entertainment Leadership Award at First Look 2.0, the annual short-film festival showcasing the work of students at the USC School of Cinematic Arts.

Kudo was created to recognize individuals for their support, vision and dedication to the entertainment industry and the School of Cinematic Arts. Meyer is a member of the school's board of councilors.

Previously known as First Look, the fest will for the first time present industry-juried awards with cash prizes of up to $2,000 for filmmakers. USC alumni judges include producer/editor Bob Ducsay ("The Mummy"), William Morris agent Ramses Ishak, producer Michelle Manning ("The Eye") and helmer Randy Zisk ("Prison Break").

Forty-six films will screen during the event, which will be held March 28-30 on the USC campus. Winning films will be feted and screened at a ceremony on April 2 at the Directors Guild of America.
