The company will use the GyaO video portal site operated by Usen to transmit the toons to PCs and mobile devices nationwide.
The service's first toon will be "The Tower of Druaga -- the Aegis of Uruk," a popular fantasy title first released as an arcade game by Namco in 1984.
Webcasts and TV broadcasts of the toon, produced by GDH subsid Gonzo, are skedded to begin on April 4, with 11 TV stations signed on.
Usen has backed the production of the toon and will have exclusive webcasting rights on GyaO.
