SYDNEY -- The Melbourne season of "Monty Python's Spamalot" will shutter April 5 after five months at Her Majesty's Theater, with no other Oz cities confirmed.
"The Australian production, which will have been seen by over 150,000 people when it closes, has been lauded as one of the best mounted anywhere in the world," said Australian producer Michael Coppel.
Tuner drew critical raves and nine noms for Victoria's 2007 Green Room Awards -- the most for a single musical theater show.
The producers said touring options are being considered.
