Event has been moved to the Hyatt West Hollywood for panels, forums and speeches during the day and House of Blues for showcases at night.
Org's international music person of the year award will go to Chop Shop Music founder Alex Patsavas, the music supervisor of TV shows such as "Grey's Anatomy," "Ugly Betty," "24," "Rescue Me," "Without a Trace" and "The O.C." Patsavas has played a role in helping build the careers of Imogen Heap, the Fray, Snow Patrol and others.
Among the panelists and speakers booked are songwriter Diane Warren Sean Moriarity, president/CEO Worldwide of Ticketmaster; Vans Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman; Goldenvoice president/ Coachella fest founder Paul Tollett; Island Records U.K. president Nick Gatfield; China's biggest concert promoter Jason Magnus; and Peter Asher of Peter & Gordon and founder of Peter Asher Management.
