Lawyer Patti Felker has split from longtime partner, Peter Nelson, and hung out a new shingle with four colleagues from the Nelson Felker Toczek Davis firm.

"After 15 years, we discovered that stylistically we had different visions for the firm and its future," Felker told Daily Variety of her decision to part ways with Nelson. "We both believed that at this point in our careers we should each be in an environment more reflective of own styles."

Nelson unveiled his firm, Nelson Davis, on Wednesday. It includes Nelson Felker alums George Davis and Mark Wetzstein (Daily Variety, Feb. 21).

Partners in the new Felker Toczek Gellman Suddleson firm include Fred Toczek, Bruce Gellman, Eric Suddleson and Derek Kroeger. Client roster ranges from thesps including Orlando Bloom, Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and Jeremy Piven to showrunners Phil Rosenthal, Greg Berlanti, Meredith Stiehm and Kevin Williamson.
