The former Warner production exec has named Jon Silk as VP of production and Stephen Gilchrist as director of development. They will help find projects and develop his slate for Lin Pictures.
Lin is shepherding "Justice League" for the studio; producer has championed the George Miller superhero project, which had been put on hold by the writers strike, from the start. Lin is also overseeing several projects backed by MRC for the studio, including "The Box," directed by Richard Kelly, and "Shorts," written and directed by Robert Rodriguez.
Silk, who most recently served as director of development for Benderspink, previously worked at Gold Circle Films and Universal. Gilchrist had been Lin's assistant at Warner.
