Flaherty, Benderspink turn 'Curve'

Thriller to be first film from Royal Prospect

Former Benderspink exec Neal Flaherty unfurls his banner Royal Prospect with "Curve," by scribe Kimberly Johnson. Thriller is about a woman whose car breaks down, leaving her to be rescued by a good Samaritan who turns out to be not so good.

Scatter Light Prods. will finance the film, which has an expected $5 million budget. Chris Billig and Nathan Miller will produce with Flaherty, along with Chris Bender and JC Spink.

Preproduction is planned to begin in April. Director and cast have yet to be announced.
