DQ, Think pact on 3 series, film

Series include 'Honeinu,' 'Love Rollercoaster'

HONG KONG -- India's DQ Entertainment and Japan's Think Corp. have signed a $24 million deal to produce three CG-animated TV series and a feature-length movie.

Series are "Honeinu -- Kun in the Makkura-Land," "Love Rollercoaster" and an untitled skein for preschoolers, while movie "Coluboccoro" could take the direct-to-video route.

DQE, which last year listed on the Alternative Investments Market section of the London Stock Exchange, is one of India's leading animation firms.

Launched in 1988, Think began as a content and event promotion company but has branched out into Web design, toon production, software development, copyright management and business development and investment.
