Ballots were sent out on Jan. 30 to each of the more than 5,800 members of the Academy of Motion Pictures and Sciences.
Once the ballots have been counted and sealed, the only two people to know the winners before they will be announced are Brad Oltmanns and Rick Rosas.
The awards will be presented on Feb. 24 at the Kodak Theater.
