ITV connects with HBO's Wagstaff

Exec to head new digital production arm

LONDON -- U.K. terrestrial web ITV has tapped HBO's veep of interactive entertainment, Patricia Wagstaff, to head its new digital production arm.

Wagstaff becomes director of digital productions.

At HBO Wagstaff led the conception and creation of digital content across multiple platforms for "The Sopranos," "Six Feet Under," "Band of Brothers" and "Sex and the City."

She will report to John Whiston, director of ITV Prods., who said: "We look forward to the wealth of knowledge and experience that Patricia will bring to the role."
