Anne Rippey to head Type A
Exec moves to marketing company
New org is owned by managing partners Alan Wasser and Allan Williams, also the heads of general management firm Alan Wasser Associates.
Client list for Type A includes Rialto productions "A Chorus Line" and "The Phantom of the Opera" and upcoming offerings "A Catered Affair" and "Thurgood." Tours repped include "Xanadu," "My Fair Lady" and "Little House on the Prairie."
Rippey, who is prexy of Type A, was veep of TMG's Broadway division before she ankled in September.
