Casting has begun for the next installment of the weight loss skein, which is expected to debut in the fall. Network plans to hold open auditions for the show in multiple cities.
"Season six will be another opportunity to tell powerful, transformative stories of Americans getting their lives back in a healthy, positive way," said exec producer J.D. Roth.
Producers plan to reprise this season's concept of casting contestants in teams of two, including relatives, co-workers and friends.
Current season of "Loser" is averaging a 3.9/9 among adults 18-49 and 9.3 million viewers.
Skein is produced by Reveille, 25/7 and 3 Ball. Ben Silverman, Dave Broome, J.D. Roth, Todd A. Nelson and Marks Koops are exec producers.
