Bario rejoins Snider at Dreamworks
Former Universal VP now senior creative exec
|
Bario, who worked at U for 11 years, has been hired as senior creative executive at DreamWorks and will report to president of production Adam Goodman.
Move marks second U executive (the first was DreamWorks' head of business affairs Chris Floyd) to jump ship to DreamWorks since studio topper Snider made the move across the lot in 2006.
During her U stint, Bario worked on some of the studio's biggest comedy hits including "I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry," "Knocked Up" and "The 40-Year-Old Virgin" and forged strong ties with multihyphenate Judd Apatow.
