Relativity's Ryan Kavanaugh is producing alongside Tucker Tooley and Robbie Brener. John Davis, Bill Block and Kimberly Fox are exec producing. QED Intl. will handle foreign sales.
Project starts shooting March 17 in Puerto Rico.
Olyphant, whose film credits include "Hitman," "Live Free or Die Hard" and the upcoming "Stop Loss," also starred on HBO's "Deadwood."
