Intandem finance director exits

Wilson leaves post at sales unit

LONDON -- Serena Wilson has ankled as finance director at U.K. film financier and sales agent Intandem Films with immediate effect.

Chairman and CEO Gary Smith will cover her duties until another finance director is appointed.

Intandem, listed on the Alternative Investment Market of London's Stock Exchange, also said it was assembling a slate of commercial films with a total budget in excess of $100 million. Intandem execs expect to start closing the financing on the slate during the second half of the financial year.

Intandem has picked up a number of international sales for "How to Lose Friends and Alienate People," helmer Robert Weide's adaptation of Toby Young's satirical account of his disastrous time as a U.K. journo working in Gotham. Paramount Pictures Intl. acquired rights to all English-speaking territories with the exception of North America at last year's Cannes.
