Breslin, known for her breakout performance in "Little Miss Sunshine," will next be seen in "Nim's Island" alongside Jodie Foster. She also plays the title role in "Kit Kittredge: An American Girl," which brings the American Doll line to the bigscreen.
The most recent winners of the award are Emma Roberts, Jennifer Hudson and Jessica Biel.
The ShoWest convention, dedicated to film exhibition and distribution, runs March 10-13 at Bally's and the Paris Las Vegas casinos.
