Swedish exec plans Great Works

Klinterg, CEO of Nodisk, leaves co. for ad agency

STOCKHOLM -- Daniel af Klintberg, CEO for Nordisk Film TV production in Sweden, is stepping down to become CEO at digital ad agency Great Works in Stockholm.

Af Klintberg will stay in post until Nordisk finds another CEO -- expected to be in spring.

The exec has been at Nordisk since 2003, after previously working in the entertainment department at Swedish Television and as head of programming at pubcaster ZTV.

Af Klintberg says even though he still enjoys working at Nordisk, he could not refuse the offer from Great Works.

"I have a lot of knowledge from the television business that I can take with me to Great Works," he said. "In the '90s, the exciting new talent was to be found in television. Now it's on the Web."
