The Palm Springs fest celebrated its 19th edition with a gala that included a tribute to founder Sonny Bono on Saturday, the 10th anniversary of his death. As the evening turned somber, presenter
Jamie Foxx perked up the crowd.
"I'll give $1,000 to you if you can play 'Soulja Boy,' " he said to the band, referring to the popular rap song.
