Terms were not disclosed. The Garden released a one-line statement: "We resolved this matter with no admission of wrongdoing on any part and will have no further comment."
The Garden owns its namesake building, plus the Rangers and New York Knicks franchises, a cable TV network and Radio City Music Hall.
Former Rangers cheerleader Courtney Prince, 29, alleged she had been subjected to sexual overtures and profanities by Garden management. The settlement averted a trial that was expected to start in January.
The settlement follows the delayed decision to settle a sexual harassment claim by a fired Knicks exec for $11.5 million earlier this month. Cablevision honcho James Dolan and co-defendant Isiah Thomas, the coach and GM of the Knicks, allowed the case to go to trial and endured weeks of abysmal publicity in Gotham and the wrath of NBA commissioner David Stern.
