Meyer joins BK Enterprises board

Viacom a key strategic investor in IFC

Paramount Vantage president Nick Meyer has joined the board of BK Enterprises, the investment manager for Bollywood outfit the Indian Film Co., which is listed on London's Alternative Investment Market.

Par's parent Viacom is a key strategic investor in IFC via its Indian joint venture Studio18. The other new members of the BK Enterprises board are Amit Jain, executive VP and general manager of MTV Networks India, China and South East Asia; Haresh Chawla, CEO of Network18; and accountant Sanjeev Manchanda.
