Meyer takes Indian Film Co. role

Viacom is investor in Bollywood firm

LONDON — Paramount Vantage president Nick Meyer has joined the board of BK Enterprises, the investment manager for Bollywood outfit the Indian Film Company, which is listed on London’s Alternative Investment Market.

Par’s parent Viacom is a key strategic investor in IFC via its Indian joint venture Studio18.

Meyer is one of four new members of the BK Enterprises board, along with Amit Jain, executive VP and general manager of MTV Networks India, China and South East Asia; Haresh Chawla, CEO of Network18; and accountant Sanjeev Manchanda.
