Paul Rudd has signed on and Jason Segel is in negotiations to star in DreamWorks' comedy "I Love You, Man." "Along Came Polly" director John Hamburg, who inked a two-year overall deal with DreamWorks in April, will direct. The story centers on a man about to get married who actively seeks out a male friend to be his best man for the wedding.
