'Shear Genius,' 'Top Design' return for more

Hairstylists will vie on a second season of Bravo's 'Shear Genius.'

Interior designers and high-priced hairdressers are returning for a second season of cutthroat rivalry on Bravo.

The network has renewed "Shear Genius," the weekly one-hour that follows the behind-the-scenes machinations of hairstylists seeking to emerge as the winner of a $100,000 grand prize. Jaclyn Smith is the host, and Mark Koops is exec producer for Reveille Prods.

Also drawing a renewal is the weekly one-hour "Top Design," which sets up various competitions among interior designers, artists and architects, with $100,000 doled out at the end of the season. Dan Cutforth and Jane Lipsitz are exec producers.
