The original "Paradise Hotel" series, which played on the Fox Network in primetime for one summer (June 18-Oct. 1, 2003), stirred controversy over its format, which placed a group of 11 young, attractive men and women in an out-of-the-way resort. Sex and seduction were the name of the game, and after 15 weeks, the producers chose a couple as the winner.
Mentorn USA will produce both the broadcast and cable versions of "Paradise." Exec producers are Richard Hall, Dan Barraclough and David Leach.
